UNA NUEVA VIDA, UN NUEVO CAMINAR: NO MÁS MENTIRAS
Paul tells us that
as the Holy Spirit is at work in our lives transforming and making us
new, we have a responsibility to cooperate with Him. We must put of our
old sinful self or lifestyle, and put on the new life we have received
in Christ. He then proceeds to give several specific examples of what
that will look like in practical everyday terms. At the top of the list,
he says that we must put away lying and speak the truth. This message
explores how that applies to our daily life.

UNA NUEVA VIDA, UN NUEVO CAMINAR: NO TE LO PONGAS
The Christian life
is all about change. The problem is that this change is not
instantaneous or automatic. God is at work in us by the power of His
Spirit to make us more like Christ (2 Cor. 3:18), but we must cooperate
with the work of the Spirit. In this passage, Paul describes this
cooperation in terms of putting off our old self, and putting on the
new.

Israel 40 years to get there. As we study Israel's experience, we see
that they had several Wilderness Atttitudes that displeased God, and
resulted in their wandering in the wildernes, and the entire generation
that came out of Egypt died in the wilderness, with the exception of
Joshua and Caleb. One of those attitudes was coveteosness. God recorded
their story for us that we might learn from their mistakes.
