The children of Israel marched around the city in silence for 6 days and on the 7th day they marched around 7 times, then the trumpet sounded and walls came falling down. The children of Israel were able to go up and conquer the city readily. It was an incredible breakthrough that opened the way for them to possess the land of Canaan, the promises of God.

An impotent (powerless) man went to the pool of Bethesda day after day, for many years, only to have his hope disappointed time after time. Why was his hope disappointed? Because Jesus was not there! But when Jesus came on the scene every thing changed, there was no more waiting, no more disappointment, the man was completely healed. On this day, impotence met Omnipotence (the All Powerful One), and this mans’ life was forever changed.
So for those of you who may be disappointed and discouraged, waiting a long time for an answer, I pray that hope will be restored, as the Omnipotent Lord walks among us here!

Throughout Jesus’ ministry, all of His miracles were directed at helping others. He healed the sick, multiplied fish and bread to feed a hungry crowd, calmed the storm for his frightened disciples, and even helped a newlywed couple who experienced a crisis at their wedding.
Although the miracle at the wedding of Cana, turning water into wine, may not sound as exciting as making the lame walk or giving sight to the blind, it is still a significant miracle, that teaches us how God can transform our problems into blessings.

Terrible things happen every day to "good" people. How do you explain such things? How do you reconcile such things with the fact that God is a good and loving God? Deut. 29:29 says "The secret things belong unto the Lord our God; but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.”
I believe this verse, sets an essential foundation from which to address the question “Why do bad things happen to good people?”

Father’s Day brings about different feelings for many. Some never knew their father or grew up without a father perhaps due to divorce. Some have had a painful relationship with their father. However, regardless of your experience, good or bad, there is one Father that we all celebrate today, who is the hands down, the Best Father Ever. And that’s why we all have reason to rejoice today!
And Dads, what a great privilege and honor to bare the same title that God uses to describe His relationship with us, as our heavenly Father. As a Christian father, that privilege carries a great responsibility to be the kind of father that is a reflection of our heavenly Father.
