So many people today have no sense of belonging. They’ll say “I just don’t know where I belong...,” but when you come to Christ you belong. We belong to God and we belong to one another. We belong to the family of God, the church.

God never intended for us to go thru life independently, and he never intended for us to live the Christian life individually. God did not create us to be self-sufficient, and independent. We belong to each other, and by God’s intent and thru His word, He makes it clear that we are better together than apart. Today, we are going to look at this passage in 1 Peter 2:5-10, and other passages, as we see from God’s word, why we are better together than apart.
