MILAGROS TODAVIA SUCEDEN: LA DIFERENCIA "SI" HACE
Pastor Maria Khaleel
The word “if” is a tiny word, but it makes a great deal of difference. There are two “ifs” in the passage of Scripture. The poor, troubled father said to Jesus, “if you can do anything”--“If” implied some measure of doubt. Then Jesus says, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him that believes.” Jesus put the ball back in his court. As we consider this passage, I pray that it will help us to realize that the “if” is not in Jesus but in us, and that the “if” can be removed from our faith.

MILAGROS TODAVIA SUCEDEN: SIGUIENDO UN FANTASMA O CAMINANDO POR LA FE
Pastor Maria Khaleel
In the midst of a deadly storm, fearing for their lives, Jesus came to His disciples, walking on the water.. However, while they recognized Jesus on land, they mistook Him for a phantom on the water. They missed out on the comfort, peace, joy and safety, that His presence brings, all because they failed to recognize Him, believing instead that He was a phantom.. Sometimes the storm fills us with fear, and causes us to doubt whether He is real after all, a thought that terrorizes our soul all the more.
Through this message, I pray that the Holy Spirit would anoint our eyes that we might see Christ near to us at all times

MILAGROS TODAVIA SUCEDEN: LOS SENTIMIENTOS SON IMPORTANTES
Pastor Maria Khaleel
This passage carefully details that the disciples were afraid during the storm, and amazed after Jesus stilled the storm. It indicates that God thinks a lot about the inner feelings of His people. Though feelings must always be secondary to faith, that does not mean that they are not important. This passage shows us that it is not only important to believe rightly about the Lord, but it is also important to feel rightly about Him. God deemed it necessary for us to be taught how we ought to feel towards Him.

MILAGROS TODAVIA SUCEDEN: ¿Y POR QUÉ YO NO?
Pastor Maria Khaleel
We don’t know how this leper heard about Jesus, since his disease would have isolated him from others. However, somehow this leper heard about Jesus, and it made him begin to think “why not me? He began to believe: “If Jesus healed others, if He healed the crowds, then why not me?” Faith began to rise in his heart, and he came to Jesus that day, and received his miracle. His “why not me?” faith teaches us how we too can receive our miracle.

MILAGROS TODAVIA SUCEDEN: QUÉ HACER CUANDO TE ENFRENTAS A UNA MONTAÑA INFRANQUEABLE
Pastor Maria Khaleel
Jesus cursed a barren fig tree, and less than 24 hours later, to the disciples’ astonishment, they see the tree withered away. It suggests that although they heard him declare the tree lifeless, they did not really believe it would happen. That is why in vs. 20-24, Jesus addresses the issue of faith and doubt. Jesus said the tree would barren and lifeless, but initially the tree was still full of green leaves, and appeared to be flourishing, until the next day.
So how do we respond when the Word says one thing, and our circumstances say something else? Jesus tells us to have faith in God, and we will be able to speak to a mountain and command it to be cast in the sea, and if we do not doubt it will happen. This miracle teaches us what to do when we face and insurmountable mountain.

MILAGROS TODAVIA SUCEDEN: MIRA A JESÚS Y NADA ES IMPOSIBLE
Pastor Maria Khaleel
The hungry crowd, represents the needs of people, saved and unsaved around us and the Lord lays the responsibility to minister to them at our feet. Doing nothing is not an option! Yet, at the same time, we feel so inadequate and unable to make a difference. I believe Jesus led them into the wilderness so that there would be no one and nothing else to look to in order to meet the need, so that they would look only to Him, and find Him more than enough. This miracle not only reveals the great care of our God for people and their needs, but it also reveals His great power to meet every need and to do above and beyond.
So as we consider this miracle, let us remember the context is His command to us to feed or to minister to the great need of humanity around us, but He does not call us to do it alone, He calls us to look to Him!
